We use a natural, clean-burning blend of soy and beeswax — no paraffin, ever. Our scents are crafted exclusively from essential oils, free from any artificial additives, to create deep, emotive blends that fill your space without overwhelming it.

Our candles are made with pure essential oils and contain no synthetic fragrances, paraffin, or harmful additives. While we design them to be gentle and non-toxic, every pet and person is unique — we recommend consulting a veterinarian or allergist if you have specific sensitivities or concerns.

Each Calorra candle burns between 50 and 90 hours, depending on the vessel size, wick type, and how it's cared for. For the cleanest, longest-lasting glow, always trim your wick before each burn and allow the wax to melt fully across the surface.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as the candle is unused, in its original packaging, and safely packed for return.

To request a return, just email us at support@calorra.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

We can’t accept returns on:

• Used candles
• Damaged items (if not returned upon delivery)
• Final sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something different, simply return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.
